REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Payment adjustment in case of Upgrade or Downgrade
Upgrade of downgrade of the subscription is always possible. You need to pay the difference amount on pro rata basis, in case of the upgrade. In case of downgrade, The surplus amount on pro rata basis would be used for subscription renewal. Upgrade/ Downgrade request has to be initiated through a email correspondence. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation request has to be submitted to support@BandOBansh.com within 24 hours of booking the package with a valid reason of cancellation. After evaluating the same or refund team will initiate the refund.
This process may take 7 working days to evaluate and initiate the refund.
After initiating refund, all the services will be suspended/deleted permanently and we will not be responsible for any kind of data loss related to a suspended account.
In case user wants to re activate his/her account after cancellation of the package, he/she has to repay the complete amount including GST to reactivate the account.
REFUND
BandOBansh collects personally identifiable information when you register for a BandOBansh account, when you use certain BandOBansh products or services, when you visit BandOBansh pages, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. BandOBansh may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.
Applied taxes/GST will be excluded from the refund amount, however the clients can avail input credit for the GST.
Refund amount will be credited into the same account / mode / method through which the payment has done.
We do not issue cheque or wire transfer, such request will not be entertained.
Refund process may take 7 maximum of days time.
We may deny a refund if the client is unable to produce valid reason/proof.
